Raised in a world where pleasure was sinful , emotions were inconvenient, and being “too much" was punished.

Hi! I’m Sabina Wilde,
Certified Integrative Sex Coach & Educator, Women’s Circle Facilitator, Teacher, Ritualist, and Midwife for women coming home to their sensual, most alive selves.

If you told me five years ago I’d lose everything in the middle of a global pandemic - my marriage, my home and my job, all in the span of six months...
…I would’ve said, “I can’t survive that.”

If you told me a sex coach would plant a tiny, seed of hope.
That love wasn’t gone forever.
That I could love again.
Fearlessly.
And sooner than I ever thought possible.
I would’ve said, “I’m too scared...”

…but she was right.
That seed took root.
Slowly.
Painfully.
It started to bloom…
….alongside my broken heart.

Before I was Sabina Wilde, I was a French Teacher, a Student of Art, Language, and Psychology.
