I wasn’t always this free. For years, I lived in a body that didn’t feel like mine. Taught to be good, not to be whole .

Raised in a world where pleasure was sinful , emotions were inconvenient, and being “too much" was punished.

Soon-to-be Certified Integrative Sex Coach & Educator (ISCC 2026), Women’s Circle Facilitator, Teacher, Ritualist, and Midwife for women coming home to their sensual, sacred selves.

If you told me five years ago I’d lose everything in the middle of a global pandemic - my marriage, my home and my job, all in the span of six months...
…I would’ve said, “I can’t survive that.”

If you told me a sex coach would plant a tiny, seed of hope.
That love wasn’t gone forever.
That I could love again.
Fearlessly.
And sooner than I ever thought possible.
I would’ve said, “I’m too scared...”

…but she was right.
That seed took root.
Slowly.
Painfully.
It started to bloom…
….alongside my broken heart.

Before I was Sabina Wilde, I was a French teacher, a student of art, language, and psychology.
