BECOME YOUR OWN LOVER
Your most important relationship is the one you have with yourself.
EVERY 4TH SUNDAY
7:00 pm Sydney (AUS) · Live on Zoom
Become Your OwnLover.
Fairytales taught you to wait for Prince Charming. Hollywood promised you a perfect lover. Family, religion or culture taught you how to be loved, pleasing, desirable and chosen.
If you’re like me, you believed another person would awaken your desire, unlock your pleasure and if you’re really lucky, give you the earth shattering pleasure you’d been promised.
But your pleasure is yours and yours alone. You are your first and most important lover. It is up to you to learn the language of your body.
That means learning what you want. What you don’t want. What makes you open and receptive (hello accelerators) what makes you close down (hello breaks). Your YES. Your NO. Your boundaries. Your desires. The places in your body that hold tension. The places that come alive when you relax, breathe, move, create, be in nature...
Become Your Own Lover is an invitation to stop outsourcing your pleasure and start coming home to your body so you can trust yourself, know what you want and stop waiting for someone else to unlock your pleasure for you.
Are you ready to meet yourself?
You’ll be guided to…
Breathe and relax releasing the tension of constant doing and giving your body permission to soften.
Move your hips, spine and whole body intuitively exploring the natural, non-linear movements that awaken sensation and body intelligence.
Feel what’s here using gentle movement to listen to sensation and emotion without needing to analyse or fix anything.
Come out of your head and into your body creating space for intuition, creativity, desire and pleasure to arise.
Learn the language of your body noticing what opens you, what closes you and beginning to recognise your own yeses, noes and boundaries.
Awaken your aliveness becoming more sensitive, relaxed and present so you can increase your capacity for pleasure in intimacy & life.
Fully clothed. Non sexual. Non performative.

The session will be held live on Zoom. Once you register, you'll receive the Zoom link by email.

Come Home to Your Body is $12 USD per session.
I've intentionally kept the price accessible because I want this to be something you can come back to regularly (not a one-off workshop you attend once and forget about).
Think of it a little like your weekly yoga or Pilates class: a small investment in making time to slow down, reconnect with your body and nourish your nervous system.
Each session will offer a different opportunity to explore embodiment, movement and self-connection, so you're welcome to join whenever you need a little time to come home to yourself.

Not at all. This isn't a dance class. There are no steps to learn and no right or wrong way to move. You'll simply be invited to let your body move in whatever way feels natural.
-
No. I'll ask everyone to turn their camera off before we begin so you can fully relax and focus on your own experience, without worrying about anyone watching you.
-
That's completely okay. Many people arrive feeling disconnected from their bodies or unsure what they're feeling. You don't need to figure anything out beforehand. Curiosity is enough.
-
That’s completely ok. Welcome! This session is designed for beginners. You don't need any experience with movement, embodiment, meditation, or nervous system work.
-
Anything you feel comfortable moving in. Think cosy rather than stylish.
-
No. This is a live experience, so I encourage you to join us on the day if you can.
-
My hope is that you'll leave with a gentle practice you can return to again and again. A way of checking in with yourself, moving with what you're feeling, and reconnecting with your body.
