These notes may include your goals, themes discussed during sessions, agreed actions or practices, and other information you choose to share that is relevant to your coaching.

I use third-party platforms and service providers to operate Sabina Wilde and provide my services. These may include providers for bookings, payments, video calls, email, forms, website hosting, cloud storage, courses and digital products, analytics and other business functions.

These providers may process or store personal information on my behalf and may be located in Australia or overseas.

I take reasonable steps to select and use third-party providers in a way that is consistent with my privacy obligations. Third-party providers have their own privacy policies, and I encourage you to review them where appropriate.

If you would like further information about the third-party providers I use or how your information is handled by a particular service, you can contact me at thesabinawilde@gmail.com

8. AI and artificial intelligence

I use AI-assisted tools as part of running and developing the Sabina Wilde business. These tools may support administrative, operational, creative, communication and other business processes. AI-assisted technology may also be used in connection with coaching services, including to assist with note-taking, session summaries or other aspects of supporting your coaching experience. Where this occurs, information may be processed by the relevant technology provider and, depending on the service used, may be processed or stored outside Australia.

Where personal information is involved, I take reasonable steps to ensure that its use is appropriate and consistent with my privacy obligations.

AI tools are not used to make decisions about your coaching, assess your suitability for coaching, or determine what coaching you receive.

Where AI-assisted tools are used during a coaching session, you will be informed and, where applicable, given the opportunity to request that they not be used for that session.

Because the technology I use may change over time, this Privacy Policy may be updated where there are material changes to the way personal information is handled.

9. Overseas processing and storage

Some of the technology providers I use may store or process information outside Australia. Where this occurs, I take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is handled appropriately and in accordance with applicable Australian privacy requirements. The location of information may depend on the provider and service being used. If you would like further information about where a particular type of information is stored or processed, you can contact me using the details below.

10. Cookies and website analytics

My website may use cookies and similar technologies to help the website function, understand how visitors use it and improve the experience. These technologies may collect information such as your browser type, device, IP address, pages visited and interactions with the website. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Some website functionality may be affected if certain cookies are disabled.

  • new programs or digital products; and

  • other news from Sabina Wilde.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting me at thesabinawilde@gmail.com. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop essential communications relating to a service you have purchased or booked, such as booking confirmations, payment information or other service-related communications. I do not sell your personal information to third parties.

12. Testimonials and client stories

If you choose to provide a testimonial or client story, I will only publish identifiable information with your permission. Given the personal nature of sex and intimacy coaching, I take particular care with testimonials that may reveal sensitive information. Where applicable, you may choose whether your testimonial is published using:

  • your full name;

  • your first name;

  • country

  • profession

  • initials; or

  • anonymously.

Providing a testimonial is completely voluntary and is not a condition of receiving coaching or any other service.

13. How I protect your information

I take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. This includes using appropriate security measures for my devices, accounts, systems and third-party platforms. However, no method of storing or transmitting information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If I become aware of a privacy or data security incident, I will take reasonable steps to contain it, assess the potential impact and respond in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

14. How long I keep your information

I retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by law. Different information may be retained for different periods depending on its purpose, including business, accounting, tax, legal and client-record requirements. Please contact: thesabinawilde@gmail.com

If you are not satisfied with my response, you may be able to make a complaint to the relevant privacy regulator, including the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) or, where applicable, the Victorian Health Complaints Commissioner (HCC).

17. Children

Sabina Wilde's sex and intimacy coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 years and over. I do not knowingly provide 1:1 sex and intimacy coaching to anyone under 18.

If you believe that a person under 18 has provided personal information to me, please contact me at thesabinawilde@gmail.com.
