How to Prepare for Your Future Self Visualisation

Please take 10-15 minutes beforehand to slow down and prepare your space.
This helps your body settle so you can drop in more deeply.

You might like to:

  • Take a shower, bath, or do some gentle stretching

  • Choose a private, cosy space where you won’t be interrupted

  • Soften the lighting or light a candle/ light incense / essential oils

  • Wear something loose, soft, and comfortable

  • Mindfully make a cup of tea or cacao

  • Shift your environment (for example, move out of your work space)

Have nearby:

  • Your journal and pen

  • Blankets, cushions, pillows
