Desire Mapping Ritual
Start imagining your most beautiful, joyful and pleasure-filled life.
Get Comfortable.
It’s Time To Get Curious About What You Want.
Hello!A sensual invitation to slow down, listen to your body, and explore the desires you may have been taught to quiet.
How To Prepare
Take 10–15 minutes beforehand to slow down and create a space where you can be uninterrupted.
This is an invitation to soften out of your head and become curious about your body, your pleasure, your desires and the parts of you that want more.
You might like to:
Take a warm shower or bath
Put on something that makes you feel beautiful or sensual
Light a candle or soften the lighting
Make a tea, cacao or nourishing drink
Choose somewhere private and comfortable
Bring your journal and something to write with
Put your phone away and give yourself permission to linger
There is nothing you need to figure out. Just notice what draws you in.
Your Future Self Visualisation
This visualisation is an invitation to imagine a version of you who feels at home in her body and unapologetic about what she wants.
Rather than focusing on what your life looks like, let yourself explore how it feels to live with more desire, pleasure, freedom and intimacy.
As you listen, notice:
What makes you feel more alive?
What does your body seem to lean towards?
What kind of touch, connection or intimacy feels inviting?
What have you been curious about but rarely allowed yourself to explore?
Where in your life do you want more pleasure?
What would you choose if you didn't have to make your desires reasonable?
Let yourself imagine without needing to make anything happen.
Your only job is to notice what turns your attention towards aliveness.
Create Your Desire Map
Hello Desire! Now that you've listened to your body and explored what you want, it's time to make your desires visible.
Your map isn't a list of goals or a picture of the “perfect life.”
It's a visual expression of what turns you on to life emotionally, sensually, creatively, relationally and sexually.
Let yourself collect images, colours, textures, words and moments that evoke something in you.
Instead of questioning if it makes sense, ask yourself:
“Do I want more of this?”
“Does this make me feel something?”
“Does my body lean towards it?”
“What am I actually yearning for?
How To Create Your Desire Map
You can create your board digitally using platforms like Pinterest or Canva, or physically using printed images, magazines, words, textures, and photographs.
Option 2: Pinterest
Create a private Pinterest board and begin saving:
images,
interiors,
colours,
fashion,
relationships,
places,
quotes,
symbols,
textures,
and moments that emotionally pull you in.
Option 1: Canva
If you’d like to create a digital collage or vision board, open Canva and choose a template you can edit. Consider if you want to use it as:
screen saver on your phone
desktop screensaver
mood board you print
Begin layering in the images, colours, and words you collected during the process.
Allow your board to feel emotionally expressive rather than overly polished.

Self Inquiry Questions
As you create your desire map allow these questions to guide you.
1. What makes you feel alive?
Forget what you should want.
What experiences make you feel:
sensual
playful
turned on by life
free
beautiful
curious
deeply present
desired
adventurous
connected
What do you want to feel more of in your life?
2. What are you curious about?
Let yourself be honest without needing to act on anything.
What have you:
secretly wanted?
wondered about?
fantasised about?
wanted to explore?
wanted to ask for?
wanted to experience with a partner?
wanted to experience for yourself?
been afraid might be “too much”?
Allow yourself permission to express what has been hidden, minimised or kept to yourself.
3. What would you choose if shame wasn't making the decision?
Imagine there were no rules about what a woman is “supposed” to want.
What would you:
ask for?
wear?
explore?
receive?
initiate?
say yes to?
say no to?
make more space for?
let yourself enjoy?
What becomes possible when you stop editing yourself before you've even admitted what you want?
Big Desires, Little Desires.
Every desire counts.

Follow What Feels Alive.
The Desire Mapping Ritual is a deeply revealing process designed to help you reconnect with your unique language of desire, aliveness, beauty, sensuality, and self-expression.
It’s less about goal setting and more about remembering the parts of yourself that may have been hidden, silenced, or minimised.
As you create your Desire Map, notice:
What continues to pull your attention
What makes you soften
What makes you curious
What you want more of
What feels expansive, beautiful, sensual or alive
Let yourself be curious.
Let yourself want.
Let yourself receive.
Remember: Your desires don't need to be justified before they're allowed to exist.
Let's Decode Your Desire Map Together
Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come from having someone help you connect the dots.
When your Desire Map is complete, I’d love for you to share it with me as part of your coaching journey. Your map can reveal so much about what you want for your life, what feels alive for you, and where you’d like to go next.
