How It Works
  • Choose a time that works for you using my online booking calendar.

  • Share a little about what's bringing you to coaching and what you'd like support with.

  • Meet with me online for your 75-minute private coaching session.

  • You'll receive reflections, recommendations, practices, and suggested next steps tailored to you.

  • The session felt safe and open and the practical tips were immediately useful. My biggest insight was realizing that desire starts in the mind and that many things that once sparked it had quietly faded due to daily routine. The exercises for you and your partner are exiting and make you connect on a deeper level. I left the session feeling more aware, exiting and with clear tools you can use immediately.

 FAQs

  • Integrative Sex Coaching & Education is a Health-Science Informed™, trauma-informed, and pleasure-led approach to intimacy, desire, and self-connection. It blends neuroscience, somatic tools, and sex-positive education to support you in coming home to your body — gently and safely.

This work acknowledges that your sexuality doesn't exist in a vacuum. Hormones, nervous system health, medical history, and emotional wellbeing all shape how we experience pleasure and intimacy. A Health-Science Informed™ coach understands these factors and will always work within their scope of practice — collaborating with you (and your care team if needed) to honour your body’s full story.

    This isn’t about performance.
    It’s not about fixing.
    It’s about reclaiming.

Reclaiming softness. Reclaiming safety. Reclaiming the right to want, to feel, to receive, to be fully here — in your body, your pleasure, your truth.

Whether you’re feeling shut down, stuck in old patterns, or simply craving more aliveness, Integrative Sex Coaching offers a deeply compassionate path forward — one that meets your mind, body, and heart.

  • Yes! Integrative Sex Coaching doesn’t just change your sex life. It can changes your relationship with your entire life.

Women who enter this work often arrive feeling:

    • Numb. Over-functioning. Tired of performing.

    • Disconnected from desire, or unsure if they even have any.

    • Unclear on what they want — but certain it’s not this.

    • Held back by shame, fear, or outdated scripts about who they should be.

They’ve often tried the mindset work, the therapy, the yoga, the journaling.
But there’s still a sense of: I’m missing something. I feel like I’ve left myself behind.

And then — they begin this work.
    Slowly. Softly. Somatically.

    And what happens?

    • Their nervous systems begin to feel safe enough to soften.

    • They start hearing the messages their body has been whispering for years.

    • Their sense of turn-on (aka aliveness) returns — not just sexually, but sensually, creatively, emotionally.

    • Boundaries become clearer. Desire becomes less scary. Intimacy feels less like a minefield.

    • They start asking for what they want. And some women, for the first time in their lives — they actually receive it.

  • Yes. Low desire and numbness aren’t personal failures — they’re often brilliant adaptations to stress, trauma, or overwhelm. Integrative sex coaching offers a gentle, somatic path back to yourself. Through nervous system support, embodiment, and permission-based practices, we slowly reawaken sensation, desire, and pleasure in a way that feels safe, not forced.

  • Not at all. This work is about more than “better sex.” It’s about reclamation — of your body, your voice, your softness, your joy. Yes, partnered intimacy may expand, but so will your capacity to feel nourished, set boundaries, soften, and live from a place of embodied aliveness. This is work for your whole self.

  • Yes. So many women carry unspoken shame from purity culture or narratives around sexuality, pleasure and desire. Cultural conditioning is a big deal. This work offers a soft, sacred space to explore what you inherited — and decide what you want to keep. Through education, somatic practice, and gentle ritual, you’ll be supported to untangle shame and reclaim a relationship with pleasure that feels grounded, safe, and truly yours.

  • No. This journey begins with you. Whether you’re single, partnered, poly, celibate, or somewhere in-between — the work is about deepening your self-intimacy, body connection, and erotic agency. You don’t need a partner to explore desire, touch, or pleasure. You just need a willingness to begin.

  • That’s more common than you think — and totally okay. You don’t need to have all the answers or be “ready” for anything specific. This work helps you start where you are, gently exploring what feels good, what feels off, and what’s quietly calling for your attention. Uncertainty is not a barrier here — it’s an invitation.

  • Pleasure isn’t the end point — it’s the compass we follow.
Rather than pushing toward orgasm or sexual pleasure as a destination, we explore what feels good in your body right now — even if that starts with stillness, gentleness, or just not feeling numb. The work invites you to notice, soften, and receive more over time. As your nervous system begins to trust again, pleasure often returns — but in ways that feel natural, self-led, and deeply aligned with where you are.

  • Absolutely! Sex-positive means all of you is welcome — including your fears, curiosities, confusions, and boundaries. There is no pressure to perform, no “normal” to fit into, and no single definition of what sexuality should look like. Whether you’ve felt disconnected from sex for years or have always felt a strong sensual self that hasn’t had a place to land — this is a space to explore that on your own terms. Your identity, desires, kinks, asexuality, fluidity, and edges are all valid. You get to define what sexuality means to you.

  • Somatic coaching helps you build a felt sense of safety, presence, and awareness in your body.
That might look like gentle movement, guided touch (with yourself), noticing sensation, or exploring where certain feelings live in your body. These practices aren’t dramatic — they’re subtle and slow. But over time, they can help you reconnect with parts of yourself that have gone quiet or shut down. Somatic tools help you build your capacity to stay present with vulnerability, pleasure, boundaries, and desire — without needing to explain everything with words.

  • Yes! You’re in charge of the pace, the direction, and what feels right. Coaching is collaborative — meaning your boundaries are always honoured, and your experiences are never pathologised or minimised. The work is shaped around your capacity and your goals, and there’s always room for pause, reflection, and adjustment. If something doesn’t feel right — we stop. Your autonomy is never negotiable.

  • Many women arrive carrying layers of sexual shame, fear, or lived trauma — some obvious, some subtle.
Being trauma-aware means we work in a way that centres your safety, nervous system capacity, and consent at all times. Sessions are designed to help you stay grounded and present — rather than overwhelmed or disconnected. This might include tools to regulate your system, language that supports agency, and practices that help you gently expand your ability to stay with sensation and emotion. If deeper therapeutic support is needed, you're referred to a trusted trauma therapist.

  • This approach recognises how things like hormones, life stage i.e. pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, medications, and physical health can influence intimacy and pleasure. You're supported with the full picture in mind, and referred to other professionals if needed.

  • If you feel emotionally overextended and sensually underfed… if you’re longing to feel more — more softness, more aliveness, more you — this work might be the invitation you didn’t know you were waiting for. You can start by taking the quiz below to discover what’s blocking your pleasure.
