Come Home To Your Body
A Free 45-Minute Live Session
Sunday 26 July • 7:00 pm (Sydney, AEST) • Live on Zoom
If you've been feeling disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, or simply longing to feel a little more present, this free session is for you.
Reconnect with yourself through my all time favourite embodiment practice, Moving What You're Feeling™.
What is Moving What You're Feeling™?
Moving What You're Feeling™ is an embodiment practice developed by Michaela Boehm that invites you to notice what's happening in your body and express it through intuitive movement.
Rather than talking about your emotions or analysing them, you simply become curious about what you're feeling and allow your body to move with it.
There are no steps to learn, no choreography to follow, and no right or wrong way to do it.
It's simply an opportunity to listen to your body, release tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body.
Get comfy. It’s time to move your body.
During our time together you'll...
✓ Experience the Moving What You're Feeling™ practice online in a supportive space.
✓ Begin moving the stress your body has been carrying.
✓ Learn to listen to the wisdom already present within your body.
✓ Finish with guided journaling and gentle reflection.
✓ Leave feeling calmer, energised and more connected to yourself.
No dance experience required.

Not at all. This isn't a dance class. There are no steps to learn and no right or wrong way to move. You'll simply be invited to let your body move in whatever way feels natural.
-
No. I'll ask everyone to turn their camera off before we begin so you can fully relax and focus on your own experience, without worrying about anyone watching you.
-
That's completely okay. Many people arrive feeling disconnected from their bodies or unsure what they're feeling. You don't need to figure anything out beforehand. Curiosity is enough.
-
That’s completely ok. Welcome! This session is designed for beginners. You don't need any experience with movement, embodiment, meditation, or nervous system work.
-
Anything you feel comfortable moving in. Think cosy rather than stylish.
-
No. This is a live experience, so I encourage you to join us on the day if you can.
-
My hope is that you'll leave with a gentle practice you can return to again and again. A way of checking in with yourself, moving with what you're feeling, and reconnecting with your body.
